Odds of winning are subject to the number of entries submitted each week. All inquiries on the odds of winning are to be made to the operator prior to ticket purchase.
Tickets cost $1.00 and the maximum number of tickets you may purchase per week is five. You will be billed every week for the number of tickets you selected when you originally signed up for the draw until you cancel. Alternatively, you may contact support to change the number of tickets you wish to purchase each week. Our authorized billing agent is EPASSPORTE.COM. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
1 prize, at a cash value of $1000.00 US will be awarded each week on Monday at 12:00 pm EST. The prize money is non tax-exempt and the winner is responsible for paying any taxes levied on the prize. The winner will receive their money on the ePassporte account that was entered when they signed up for the draw. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within one year after the draw date. Winning tickets will be drawn by Savinet, Inc. Winning ticket holders will be notified via the ePassporte Message Center. Please log into your ePassporte account every Monday after 12 pm EST to see if you have won. Winners names and photos will also be posted at YourLuckyDraw.com. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by Savinet Inc.
After each winning name is drawn and recorded, it is returned to the list of eligible participants and is eligible for all subsequent draws, unless the participant has opted out of the lottery at YourLuckyDraw.com. The Final Deadline for entries into the lottery for the week is each Monday at 11:00 am EST. Any new entries submitted after Monday at 11:00 am EST will become eligible to win in each subsequent draw until the participant opts out of participation or the lottery is no longer being offered.
In the event that a participant may wish to opt out of the lottery, they must complete and submit the form at YourLuckyDraw.com to indicate they no longer wish to participate.
Alcohol and Gaming Commission regulations prohibit the following from purchasing tickets: Employees of ePassporte; employees of Savinet Inc.; and their immediate families residing in the same household. |
